The InterNations agency conducted a study and compiled a rating of 50 cities in the world that are the best for foreign specialists (expats).
Leading the list is Valencia, the third largest city in Spain. In this city, respondents noted the public transport system, opportunities for sports, and safety.
The second place belongs to Dubai (UAE), and the third – is Mexico City (Mexico).
Johannesburg, Cairo, and Kuala Lumpur became outsiders of the rating.
The InterNations ranking is based on a survey of about 12,000 respondents from 180 countries working abroad.
