Hot and humid summer weather covered Antalya – even many locals “migrate” on the beach, in particular, the famous Konyaalti: the hellish heat drives people to the sea for days. Many people put up camping tents on the beach to stay by the sea all day and even at night.
According to Turkish media, the expat, who has lived in Antalya for 9 years, stays on the beach with her children “day and night until late at night.” A local lawyer, Kerim Duman, who believes that the best way to relax in the hot and humid weather in Antalya in the summer is to swim in the sea, says: “The beach is breathtaking for locals, tourists and local foreigners of different nationalities. Konyaalti Beach has become a kind of United Nations beach – people of all nationalities from each country do not leave the beach and the sea.
Interesting fact: tourists were supported by local doctors – they noted that seawater is the best way to treat the occurrence of hives and rashes in children and adults due to the hot and humid weather in Antalya. If children bathe a lot in the sea, they will be saved from an allergic reaction, in Ukraine, it is commonly called pityriasis – local doctors say.
