Turkish Airlines will introduce a new business class on its planes

According to the Executive Traveler portal, the Turkish national carrier Turkish Airlines will introduce a new business class called Crystal. The new seats will be presented on May 28 at the annual Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg.

According to preliminary information, this will be a business class suite: each seat will be separated by partitions with a sliding door and equipped with other ultra-modern amenities.

The seats were developed by Turkish Cabin Interior specifically for the airline. They are planned to be installed on all Boeing 777 aircraft of Turkish Airlines at the beginning of 2025. From 2026, Crystal business class will also be offered on the Airbus A350-1000 flying non-stop routes from Turkey to Australia.

It is clarified that Turkish Airlines, following Emirates, will abandon middle seats: the 1-2-1 layout will allow for 44 business class seats in the Boeing 777 cabin, which is only five seats less than in the 2-3-2 layout.
