When the world is back on its feet and you can travel, there are interesting destinations that will save you money. The survey is conducted on five parameters – hotel rates, the cost of food in restaurants, the cost of travel on public transport, as well as the cost of a bottle of wine and cold beer. These five parameters were adopted as key criteria for creating a good urban holiday.
Surprisingly, Buenos Aires – Argentina tops the list, known for its street food and dance culture, Buenos Aires was also the cheapest country for both a bottle of wine ($ 3.10) and a one-way ticket on local transport (0, $ 27).
The second place is occupied by Istanbul – Turkey, with low prices in all directions, including $ 0.40 per fare or $ 0.41 per kilometer by taxi. In third place is Rio de Janeiro – Brazil, which also has the prestigious title of the cheapest city on the list for draft beer with a price of $ 1.34. The fourth and fifth places are occupied by St. Petersburg – Russia and Krakow – Poland.
