From February 11, Great Britain significantly simplifies entry rules. This was stated by the Minister of Transport Grant Shapps.
So, from 4:00 on February 11, fully vaccinated tourists arriving in the country are exempted from express tests upon arrival. They only need to complete the Passenger Locator Form. The same requirements will apply to children – they will not need any tests either.
Unvaccinated foreigners and those who have been vaccinated with vaccines not recognized by the WHO are exempted from a 10-day quarantine and a test that they were supposed to take on the eighth day of isolation. They will need to complete the Passenger Locator Form, submit a negative test taken up to 48 hours before travel, and take a PCR test upon arrival.
In addition, Shapps said that from February 11, vaccination certificates from 16 more countries, including China and Mexico, will be recognized for entry.
