On Sunday night, more than 5 thousand people on the Flightradar24 service closely followed Pegasus flight PC 690 from Istanbul to the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
The airliner was forced to make an emergency landing in Antalya for an unusual reason. According to HavaSosyalMedya, the pilots heard shouts of “Help!” coming from the front cargo section.
The liner was thoroughly checked in Antalya, and the luggage was x-rayed, but nothing suspicious was found. After refueling, the plane continued along the route.
“The plane, after checking and refueling, took off from Antalya International Airport to Riyadh at 02:20,” a source at the airline said. And on social networks, users are scratching their heads: what was it? So far there has been no official explanation from the airline.
