The day before, six French airports were evacuated for security reasons. Threats were received in Lille, Bron, Strasbourg-Enzheim, Nice, Toulouse, Nantes and Beauvais. BFMTV reports more details.
Immediately after receiving the threats, air traffic was completely stopped. Passengers from newly arrived planes were dropped off at the end of the runway and were not taken to the terminal. In some cases, people were asked to remain on board the plane.
According to the media, no suspicious items were found during a thorough search. At the moment, air traffic has resumed at all six airports.
