In China, the crew had to make an emergency landing on the aircraft due to the ignition of a portable charger in one of the passengers.
The incident occurred during the Lhasa-Shanghai flight. One of the passengers caught fire power bank. The alarmed owner of the device tucked it between the seats in the first-class cabin.
Crew members were forced to dismantle several rows of seats to remove and extinguish a burnt mobile battery. In turn, the pilots decided to carry out an emergency landing at Wuhan airport.
Earlier in Malaysia, there was an aviation accident in which a plane crashed in the state of Selangor, and the death toll was at least ten people.
