Another disaster with foreign tourists happened on the Red Sea: while 26 tourists were diving, their boat suddenly sank. At the same time, some see “mystical properties” in the catastrophe.
According to the Egyptian media, the accident happened on Wednesday near the coast of the resort town of Marsa Alam on the Red Sea in eastern Egypt. On board, the boat were 26 foreign tourists, as well as two guides and eight crew members. They were all rescued when their boat sank by the crew of a nearby boat.
According to the statement of the security service, the boat went to the bottom quite quickly while the tourists were diving. The police have already sent a statement to the prosecutor’s office to investigate the causes of the accident.
