Today, February 22, the Italian press, citing Health Minister Roberto Speranza, reported that the country is ready to lift quarantine on arrival for foreigners. This will take place on March 1st.
From the first day of spring, travelers from all over the world will be able to enter Italy under the same rules that apply to Europeans. Arriving foreigners will be required to present a certificate of vaccination against coronavirus or a certificate stating that they have been ill with covid, or a negative PCR test.
For those who are vaccinated with a vaccine that has not been registered with WHO, the certificate will not help. They will have to take a PCR test.
Recall, on the eve it became known that Poland opened its borders to almost everyone. Almost, because Warsaw does not want to see Russians and Belarusians on the territory of its country yet.
