As the newspaper The Star writes, Malaysia is suffering from powerful floods, as a result of which three people have already died, and 36,000 residents have been evacuated to safety.
The Malaysian state of Johor suffered the most from the elements. Rescue teams, helicopters, and additional watercraft were sent there to evacuate people.
Flooding began in Johor on Wednesday, March 1, as a result of heavy rains. On Thursday, the regions adjacent to Johor were already flooded.
