Malaysia eases anti-covid restrictions for tourists

The Malaysian authorities have lifted some of the restrictions for travelers: now, before departure, you do not need to register in the MySejahtera application and fill out a traveler’s pass. But if a tourist has symptoms of a coronavirus infection upon arrival, they will be sent for a medical examination.

At the same time, the need to wear masks in public transport and indoors remains in force writes Crisis 24. In addition, the owners of establishments are still required to ensure proper ventilation inside and regularly treat the premises with antiseptics.
