Croatian love island Galeshnyak put up for sale.
A potential buyer can purchase a little more than 40 thousand square meters. The issue price is 13 million euros.
There are no hotels, villas, or restaurants, however, Galeshnyak is visited annually by world-famous people. The secret of such popularity is its shape in the form of a heart. It is one of the most recognizable Croatian islands.
The uninhabited island of Galesnjak is located off the Croatian coast in the Adriatic Sea, just five kilometers from Turan. Its area is only 13 hectares, and only hares and other small animals live here.
The island gained wide popularity in 2009, when, shortly before Valentine’s Day, Google Earth users discovered that Galeshnyak resembles the famous heart symbol in its shape. After that, he was featured on CNN and BBC, and his image went viral on social media.
