Boeing Dreamlifter in Italy lost a landing gear wheel during takeoff. The part fell off in the air and crashed into a vineyard near the airport.
The incident was caught on video, which later appeared on the account of the aviation portal Aeroin.
The Boeing 747-400 Dreamlifter was flying from Taranto, Italy to Charleston (USA). Right on takeoff, one of the landing gear wheels unscrews and flies away. A smoking landing gear wheel hits the ground and bounces on the runway, rolling into a nearby vineyard.
At the same time, despite what happened, the plane was able to land safely in the United States.
