Extreme heat is expected in Turkey from the middle of this week. According to Turkish media, in some parts of the country, the air temperature will rise to +45 °C… +50 °C.
So, in Kemer, from July 14 + 38 °C and without precipitation are expected. At night, the thermometers will not fall below +31 °C. Now it is +34 °C in the resort; it is sunny, and the sea has warmed up to +28.1 °C.
In Antalya, the heat will also intensify in the coming days – up to + 33 °C … + 34 °C. Already on Thursday, July 13, forecasters promise up to + 38 °C, and on Friday and Saturday – up to + 41 °C. At the same time, not a drop of precipitation will fall at the resort. The temperature of the water in the sea rose to +27.9 °C.
It is assumed that this summer in Turkey will break the temperature record, which so far is +49 °C.
