A tourist from Spain was injured while on a safari in Kenya, Ultima Hora reports.
Mallorcan resident Eli Fernandez came to Africa on her honeymoon and expected to have an unforgettable vacation. However, she will not forget him at all because of positive impressions.
As Ali said in her TikTok video, she was attacked by an elephant and miraculously survived. She and her husband were vacationing at the Elatia Mara camp when a hotel employee approached them and said that wild animals were walking in the parking lot. He advised tourists to come closer to get a better look at them.
“When I climbed the hill, I saw a family of elephants, and one of them immediately ran towards us,” Fernandez said.
The girl fell and the animal began to trample her. The elephant hit the tourist several times.
“My chest and left kidney area hurt. There are abrasions and bruises everywhere. I’m in shock. Considering that this animal weighs a ton, I don’t know how nothing broke,” said the Spaniard.
By the way, the hotel administration offered the newlyweds free wine as compensation for their experience.
