A ship carrying tourists to a diving site sank in Hurghada, Mogaz Masr reports.
There were 16 tourists and the captain, an Egyptian citizen, on board the boat that went on a boat trip. After the ship began to sink, a distress signal was sent.
It is reported that the tourists were pulled from the water by people from pleasure boats near the incident who arrived to help. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
The incident is being investigated by the relevant authorities.
