Budget airline Buta Airways resumes flights from Baku to the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. The launch of special flights on the route Baku-Kiev-Baku is scheduled for April 1.
The airline’s press service reported that the flights will be operated to Kyiv’s Boryspil Airport (IATA: KBP). Flights will be operated twice a week – on Mondays and Thursdays.
Given the restrictions and rules applicable to the epidemiological situation in the country, the airline offers tickets at only two fares – “Standard” and “Super”.
The “standard” fare (starting from 55 euros) includes the carriage of checked baggage weighing not more than 10 kilograms and not more than 158 centimeters in three dimensions.
The “Super” tariff (starting from 75 euros) includes the carriage of checked baggage weighing not more than 23 kilograms and not more than 158 centimeters in three dimensions, as well as additional luggage weighing not more than 10 kilograms and not more than 118 centimeters in three dimensions.
Both rates include free accommodation and check-in at the airport.
Only women’s bags, men’s briefcases, portable computer bags (provided they are used for their intended purpose) and baby food can be transported in the cabin as hand luggage. It is forbidden to take other types of hand luggage, including items purchased in Duty Free stores.
Flights on the route Baku-Kyiv-Baku (at “Super” and “Standard” fares) are available on the official website of Buta Airways, as well as at accredited airline agencies (only at “Super” fare).
The flights mentioned during the pandemic will be operated at the 1st terminal of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport both during departure and arrival.
Passengers who have a flight permit will be accepted for flights in accordance with the existing epidemiological restrictions.
