After appearing on the cover of British GQ in 2019, climate activist Greta Thunberg is now embellishing the new cover of Scandinavian Vogue and is taking the opportunity to express her criticism of the fast-growing fashion industry. p>
“The fashion industry is a major source of emergencies related to climate change and the environment. Not to mention its impact on the many workers and communities around the world that are being exploited so that some can enjoy the fashion that many consider disposable, ”she said in a statement she shares with her social media subscribers. In an interview with Vogue Scandinavia, Greta Thunberg told the magazine that she has not bought new clothes for 3 years: “I just borrow things from people I know.”
