The Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) has suspended all aircraft maintenance certificates issued to Russian organizations. Now Russian companies do not have the appropriate approval from the Bermuda aviation authorities for the technical support of aircraft recorded in the Bermuda registry.
As of April 30, the ruling applies to 635 aircraft of Russian airlines registered in the Bermuda register.
Last week, the BCAA suspended the approval of Russia’s largest maintenance company, S7 Technics.
