Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 04.03.2022 № 199, provides for the redistribution of budget funds and the provision in 2022 of insured persons one-time financial assistance in connection with the loss of wages (income), whose work (economic activity) is temporarily suspended due to hostilities during martial law in Ukraine. Such changes should take effect from March 14, 2022. – writes Liga Zakon
Assistance will be provided under the “eSupport” Program, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution “Some issues of assistance under the” eSupport “Program dated 09.12.2021 № 1272, which was amended accordingly.
The amount of assistance is UAH 6,500. It will be provided to insured persons working under an employment contract (contract), gig contract, other civil contract, on other grounds provided by law, and natural persons – entrepreneurs, whose insurers also meet the following criteria:
- are registered as payers of SRS in separate administrative-territorial units according to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on the proposal of the SES;
- submitted in the manner prescribed by law tax returns for the IV quarter of 2021 or annual reports for 2021;
- are not budgetary institutions, funds of obligatory state insurance.
In order to receive assistance in the amount of UAH 6,500, you must act in the same sequence as was provided to receive UAH 1,000.
Therefore, it is necessary:
- install the mobile application of the Action Portal (Action) on electronic media, the criteria of which support its use, and undergo electronic identification and authentication;
- select the “eSupport” service in the mobile application of the Action Portal;
- open a current account with a special mode of use for crediting assistance in one of the banks of Ukraine, with which the Ministry of Finance has entered into an agreement on information interaction, and / or check the current account number (IBAN standard) of the recipient bank and which is available in the mobile application of the Action Portal (Action).
You will also need to submit a request containing the following information:
- last name, first name, patronymic (if any);
- date of birth;
- Taxpayer registration card number or passport series and number (if available);
- the beneficiary’s bank account number (IBAN).
Recipients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for assistance.
Information provided by the Pension Fund of Ukraine will be used to determine the insured persons entitled to assistance.
Within one working day from the date of determining the territory where the hostilities take place, the State Tax Service must transfer to the Pension Fund of Ukraine information of insurers registered as payers of SSC, formed by the State Tax Service as of the 1st of the month.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine on the basis of information processed in the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance on Insured Persons and on the basis of information of the State Tax Service on insured persons, which is updated monthly until the 10th, containing current information on the date and time of its formation.
