The Government of Ukraine has raised the cost of urgent production of foreign passports from November 1, 2022, by UAH 288. This is recorded in Government Resolution No. 1180 of October 14, 2022.
Now, the production of a foreign passport of a citizen of Ukraine within 3 to 7 working days costs UAH 1,373. The price has changed due to an increase in the cost of the administrative service for the urgent issuance of a passport.
The government also raised the price of the service for the non-urgent issuance of a foreign passport by a citizen of Ukraine. However, during martial law, the old rate will apply.
It will be possible to get a foreign passport within 20 working days for UAH 733. The new price of a foreign passport for non-urgent issuance of UAH 877 will come into effect six months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
The last time the authorities increased the cost of producing a foreign passport was on January 1, 2022. Then it changed slightly due to the increase in the cost of forms for passports.
The cost of issuing a foreign passport to a citizen of Ukraine from November 1, 2022:
- Urgent issuance in 3-7 working days: UAH 1,373 (service UAH 992 + form UAH 381).
- Non-urgent issuance, waiting up to 20 working days: UAH 733 (service UAH 352 + form UAH 381).
The cost of issuing a foreign passport to a citizen of Ukraine six months after the termination or cancellation of martial law:
- Urgent issuance in 3-7 working days: UAH 1,373 (service UAH 992 + form UAH 381).
- Non-urgent issuance, waiting up to 20 working days: UAH 877 (service UAH 496 + form UAH 381).
