The American company Johnson & Johnson is ceasing production of its coronavirus vaccine, according to the New York Times, citing its sources.
According to the publication, at the end of 2021 the company closed its plant in the Dutch city of Leiden, where the vaccine was produced. Temporary suspension: after a pause, vaccine production at the plant will resume.

According to the publication, the company is preparing to resume production in Leiden in March.
One source in the newspaper notes that the cessation of production could reduce the supply of the vaccine by several million doses.
