The incidence of coronavirus infection in the world has increased by 12% in the last week, and mortality – by 1%. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a total of more than 3.4 million cases have been reported.
“The total number of new cases last week (July 12-18) exceeded 3.4 million, which is 12% more than in the previous week,” – said the WHO weekly. More than 56,000 people died in a week, which is 1% more than in the previous seven days.
From July 12 to 18, there were 3,429,645 infected and 56,767 deaths worldwide. As of July 18, the total number of infected people in the world is 190,169,833, and the victims of COVID-19 are 4,086,000.
