Tourism gives Indonesian Bali up to half of all budget revenues; almost two-thirds of the local population work in the tourism industry.
Over the past few years, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the island’s tourism revenues have dipped dramatically, and now local authorities are looking for a way to increase the flow of travelers again.
One of them turned out to be very original. In one of the clinics in Bali, a center for aesthetic and rejuvenating medicine is soon to open.
It is reported that there, foreign tourists at reduced prices can be helped in the field of plastic surgery – for example, to increase the bust, buttocks, and so on.
The authorities hope that this unexpected approach to business will help bring tourists back to Bali.
