Ukrainian citizens must obtain a visa to enter Iran. Visas can be obtained at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ukraine (in Kiev) and at international airports in Iran.
The Embassy of Iran in Ukraine (http://kiev.mfa.ir/) issues two types of visas: “entry”, marked with the letter “A” and “tourist”, marked with the letter “B”.
Citizens of Ukraine can also apply for a tourist visa at Iran’s international airports (“Imam Khomeini”, “Mehrabad”, “Mashhad”, “Shiraz”, “Tabriz”). Such a visa is issued for up to 30 days with the possibility of extension for 15 days. To obtain it, it is enough to present a Ukrainian passport, fill out a short application form and pay a consular fee of 65 euros.
