According to the DPA, an employee of Mumbai airport fell asleep in the luggage compartment of the plane and flew to Abu Dhabi. An unusual incident occurred on board an Indigo Airlines airliner.
The carrier was found after the plane arrived at Abu Dhabi airport.
The man “decided to rest a few minutes after loading his suitcases into the luggage compartment of the plane and fell asleep,” the General Directorate of Civil Aviation said.
The worker remained hidden behind his bags, and no one saw him, and the luggage compartment door was closed. I woke up when the car took off. He was discovered by employees of the airport in Abu Dhabi.
A medical examination showed that the man was in good condition and was taken on a flight to Mumbai. The man flew the same plane in which he arrived, but in the cabin.
The Indian Air Force and the airline are investigating the incident.
