Many have heard of the stamina and impregnable coldness of the British royal guards. Social networks are full of videos in which London guards stand motionless, not reacting to the crowd of tourists around, and sometimes even shout loudly at them, trying to drive them away from them, which greatly outrages foreigners.
But the act of this English guard, who literally took a step towards the child, delighted users of social networks.
In a video posted on multiple accounts and widely shared on social media, a child wanted to be photographed next to the royal guard, but the father explained to the teenager that he should keep a respectful distance from him so as not to interfere with the guard. Noticing the child, the guard himself takes a long step towards the tourists, which delights the boy. After the father and son took the desired photo, the guard moved back.
Judging by the uniform of the guard, he is a member of the British Kings and Blues Cavalry Guards, one of two regiments of the Palace Cavalry.
“I put humanity above the order and the charter,” commentators on social networks admire the act of the royal guard. Users fear that for such “frivolous” behavior, the guardsman can now face a large fine or even dismissal. Unfortunately, the further fate of the hero of the video is unknown.
