Tourists took to social media to brag about their inexpensive trip to Milan, where they spent the weekend enjoying Italian food, ice cream, and spa treatments. The trip cost them only 30 euros, including the flight, a visit to the spa, and pizza.
These are British travelers who have found cheap tours to Italy from the UK. According to them, whose history was brought to the attention of the Daily Star, they used Skyscanner, Kayak, and City Mapper services to search for tickets, travel and plan the day. They also claimed to have eaten pizza at the Galleria restaurant in the shopping arcade near the Cathedral. At the same time, other users of social networks admired their ingenuity and reported that they would also like to repeat a similar spontaneous vacation.
However, this is not the first time that travelers “catch” affordable flights to Milan for sightseeing trips. A group of mums recently organized a spa trip to Milan for a day, spending only around €100 for an 18-hour trip that ended at a rooftop restaurant. They also shared their experience of finding cheap flights through different airlines.
