Meteorologists have drawn attention to the fact that the summer bathing season in the south of the country has not yet ended, so it is still too early to talk about autumn coolness. Travelers of the province and the Turkish city of the same name happily spend time on the coast of Konyaalta, swimming in the sea, relaxing from the heat, fishing, and kayaking, the Turkish newspaper Norm Haber reported, as the weather conditions are suitable for this: the air warms up to +38 ° C, and the humidity is the optimal 47%.
One of the tourists told the publication that he had never seen such hot weather in September. “We got burnt this month, I’m 65 years old, and I’ve never seen such hot weather in September. It is unprecedented and my wife and I swim in the sea to cool off. Sea water is wonderful, it cools. It’s cold in Erzincan (northeast Turkey), where we came from, but it’s very hot here,” he said.
Another tourist, Fazil from Azerbaijan, emphasized that he was satisfied with the temperature of the air and water in the region, and also noted the hospitality of residents.
