The Al-Jadeed TV channel reports that at the Beirut airport, a bullet fired by an unknown person hit the body of the plane of the Lebanese national airline Middle East Airlines.
The landing plane was from Jordan. An unknown person fired at the liner on approaching the airport, and one bullet hit the fuselage. None of the people on board were injured.
According to the channel, Beirut Airport regularly faces this problem, which is complemented by birds threatening air traffic.
