Thailand has launched the TAGTHAi Pass, a digital travel pass for tourists, Breakingtravelnews.com reports.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), along with five leading corporations – AIS, TRUE, Kasikorn Bank, ThaiBev, and Dusit Thani – launched the TAGTHAi Pass.
The TAGTHAI Pass will allow tourists to access a variety of travel services highly recommended by locals, including attractions, restaurants, massages and spas, and unique local experiences.
The Universal Pass provides travelers with benefits and offers that can be redeemed by scanning a unique QR code in the app.
TAGTHAI Pass can be used in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. Later the list of cities will expand.
It is noted that TAGTHAi Pass is the first digital pass in Thailand for tourism. Travelers can use it using the TAGTHAi app, which is available for both iOS and Android. The TAGTHAi app is a one-stop travel service platform for travel in Thailand, providing travelers with a pass, various tips, and an emergency communication service.
