Spas in Japan offer noodle baths

The spa in Hakone offers baths with ramen, wine, and even coffee.

Visitors to the Yunessun Salon can enjoy bathing in hot springs, ranging from traditional European and Japanese to even more unusual and unique.

One of the most unusual is the “Noodle Bar” – a bath in the form of a bowl of broth, over which huge sticks of noodles hang. Thematic is not only the design but also the filling of the bath: soup with the addition of artificial ramen and collagen.

The spa owners originally wanted to use real noodles, but the Ministry of Health forbade filling the “bowl” with food. As a result, guests have access to a synthetic version with very real benefits. According to the creators, bathing in such a bath is relaxing, and the nutrients contained in the broth have a positive effect on human skin and speed up metabolism. To make the effect stronger and the spectacle brighter, from time to time a person in the form of a cook comes with a large saucepan and pours another portion of noodles from it into the broth.

In the unusual spa, you can also bathe in wine, sake, coffee, and green tea, as well as chocolate. Apart from the noodles, all the other themed bathrooms are filled with real ingredients.
