According to LADBible, the plane of the European low-cost airline Ryanair departed from Palma de Mallorca in Spain, forgetting 14 passengers who had registered for the flight at the airport.
Passengers checked in on time for the flight and waited for departure at the boarding gate. They were told that there were no seats on the shuttle bus taking people to the plane and they would have to wait. The tourists did not wait for the new bus and realized that the Ryanair plane had left without them.
Ryanair apologized for what happened and said that the misunderstanding was the fault of the dispatcher who manages the operation of buses at the airport. Forgotten passengers were given vouchers for soft drinks, and later they were put on the next airline flight.
