Japanese brand Cellato has created the most expensive ice cream in the world, at 880,000 yen ($6,380) per serving. The record is recorded in the Guinness Book of Records.
This ice cream contains edible gold, parmesan cheese, sake kasu paste (leftover from sake production), and white truffle mushroom, which costs more than $15,000 per kilogram.
The recipe for the most expensive ice cream in the world was created by the chef of the RiVi restaurant in Osaka for a year and a half.
Cellato also plans to release other unusual types of ice cream, such as champagne and caviar.
