The Daily Mail writes that in the Gulf of California near the city of Aome (Mexico), a whale jumped out of the water and fell on a yacht with passengers.
As a result of the incident, the ship capsized, people were in the water, two were injured: a man had broken ribs and a minor head injury, and a woman had a broken leg.
Aome Mayor Gerardo Vargas urged yacht and boat owners to follow whale watching safety guidelines, including staying away from mammals.
