According to Haberler, a new natural disaster has occurred in the Pazardzhik region of the Turkish province of Kahramanmarash, which suffered more than others from the recent earthquake. This time, a hurricane hit the area.
As a result, one person died and 40 were injured. Eight of the wounded are in critical condition.
Eyewitnesses say that during the hurricane, refugee tents rose into the air, containers for things fell, cars turned over, and people panicked and tried to hide. 170 tents were demolished. Roofs were torn off on some apartment buildings near the camp.
Local authorities are taking emergency measures to restore the campground.
