30-year-old extreme sportsman Remy Lucidi died after falling from the 68th floor of a house in Hong Kong. He tried to climb the Tregunter Tower complex.
Around 6:00 pm, Lucidi came to the house and told the security guard that he was visiting a friend on the 40th floor. They tried to detain the man after a possible friend confirmed that he did not know him. But at that moment the extreme was already in the elevator.
CCTV footage shows Lucidi exiting the 49th floor and climbing the stairs to the roof. The guards found the sunroof open, but the man was nowhere to be seen.
Remy Lucidi was last seen alive at 7:38 p.m. when he knocked on the penthouse window. The maid then called the police.
An anonymous source told the media that law enforcement officers believe that Lucidi was trapped outside the penthouse and knocked on the window before the accident, asking for help.
At the scene, Lucidi’s camera was found with recordings of his dangerous adventures.
Police have not yet released an official cause of death.
