Beijing and Hong Kong ease COVID-19 restrictions for tourists

The Associated Press reports that authorities in Beijing, China and Hong Kong have eased anti-coronavirus restrictions.

So, in the Chinese capital, the simplification of entry rules affected those arriving from abroad. They will have to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days and then another week at home (previously two weeks in a hotel and a week at home).

The next relaxation of sanitary measures is scheduled for May 19. Bars and clubs are expected to open from that day, and restaurants will be able to operate until 24:00.
