At the airport in Munich (Germany), actor and ex-governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger was detained by customs officers.
He was fined 35,000 euros for exporting luxury watches from the country, the cost of which was 26,000 euros. The actor did not have a tax return for an expensive watch that he wanted to put up for auction.
According to media reports, Schwarzenegger planned to travel from Munich to the Austrian city of Kitzbühel to attend the World Climate Summit, where he was going to sell his signature Swiss Audemars Piguet watch at a charity auction.
Earlier it was reported that Spanish singer Julio Iglesias was detained at the Dominican Republic airport because of 40 kg of food in his luggage.
