In the Turkish province of Izmir, near the popular tourist resort of Kusadasi, a not-very-strong earthquake with a magnitude of 3.9 occurred on Sunday.
According to the Disaster Management Authority (AFAD), the seismic event was recorded around 20:09, its source was in the Aegean Sea at a depth of 7.7 km.
No possible casualties or damage were reported.
Let us remind you that on Friday another earthquake occurred in Turkey — just 100 km from Istanbul, in the province of Bursa. Its power was 4.1 points.
