The Government of Ukraine has decided to allocate more than UAH 16 billion for guarantees. As it was written, this is due to the maneuvers of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea. These funds will be used to ensure the safety of flights over Ukraine for insurers, leasing companies and airlines.
According to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, this decision is designed to stabilize the situation on the passenger air transportation market and allow its citizens who are abroad to return to Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian media, from February 14, international insurance companies will stop insuring aircraft flying to Ukraine.
Flight of the oligarchs
