The largest low-cost airline in Europe, Ryanair, has completely removed the mention of Ukrainian cities from its reservation system. Currently, the airline does not officially comment on this fact.
On the website of the low-cost carrier, it is still possible to choose the Ukrainian interface language, which will be useful for Ukrainians who are currently in Europe.
In the past, Ryanair removed destinations from the booking system when it had no intention of flying there in the coming months. Such a situation means that the canceled flights have been canceled, and passengers can already apply to the air carrier for a refund for unfulfilled Ukrainian flights.
On the eve of the large-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Ryanair completely removed the mention of Kharkiv and Kherson from the website but continued to sell tickets from Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa.
The complete disappearance of Ukraine from the low-cost airline’s reservation system is not a sign that the airline has given up further work on the Ukrainian market.
