Arab News reports that the Emirates airline (UAE) plans to introduce payment for tickets and services in bitcoins. This was stated by the chief operating officer of the company Adel Ahmed al-Redh.
In addition, the airline intends to add its own collectibles in the form of NFTs to its website and introduce a metaverse.
The exact date of the launch of the service for paying for tickets in bitcoins and other innovations has not yet been announced.
