Air Malta will double the number of direct flights to Ukraine during the summer navigation period.
According to avianews.com in the airline, the additional frequency of flights on the route Malta-Kiev will appear from April 26.
From this day, Air Malta will operate two weekly flights to Ukraine – from Malta to Kyiv on Tuesdays at 16:00 and on Fridays at 20:40, from Kiev on Tuesdays at 21:05 and on Saturdays at 01:45.
Now the airline flies to Kiev only once a week – on Fridays.
It will be recalled that Air Malta resumed direct scheduled flights to Ukraine after a long break on June 19, 2018. In Kyiv, the company is served at Boryspil Airport.
From August 21, 2018, the sale of tickets for the airline’s flights on its website, including the Kiev-Malta route, began low-cost Ryanair.
Air Malta later decided to continue Kyiv-Malta flights for the winter, although the flight was originally planned to be seasonal until the end of the 2018 summer schedule.
