Travel regime for citizens of Ukraine
Entry mode: Visa
The visa is electronic (except for diplomatic and service passports – visa-free for up to 90 days).
The Republic of Singapore has delegated the functions of issuing Singapore visas to a number of companies in Ukraine:

The list of documents required to obtain a Singapore visa can be found at: http://www.mfa.gov.sg/content/mfa/overseasmission/moscow/visa_information/overview.html.
Visa-free transit is possible for up to 96 hours (ticket to a third country, availability of sufficient funds for stay, decision on entry is made by a member of the RS Immigration Service when crossing the border at Changi Airport).
The Republic of Singapore has introduced the BioScreen system at the Tuas and Woodlands land checkpoints.
Foreigners, including citizens of Ukraine, aged 6 and over, who will cross the border through the mentioned checkpoints by road or rail, must undergo a fingerprint scanning procedure.
The BioScreen system will be implemented gradually at all sea and land points. The system has been operating at Changi International Airport since July 1, 2016.
We recommend that the citizens of Ukraine take into account these innovations when planning trips.
