Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that Moscow continues to export oil and gas, including through Ukraine, where the Kremlin deployed troops three weeks ago, sparking a wave of costly Western sanctions.
Putin is currently holding an online meeting with government ministers.
“We are fulfilling all our commitments on energy supplies,” Putin said during a televised government meeting on the impact of sanctions.
He added that “even the gas transportation system of Ukraine is 100 percent full according to the agreements.”
