The popular American travel magazine Travel and Leisure named the ten best places in the world for recreation and treatment, reports Dip.org.ua.
According to the results of the rating, thanks to the perfect vacation and unique opportunities for recovery, the Dead Sea managed to overtake the tropical forests of Japan, the mineral lake Kliluq in Canada and even the famous Niagara Falls.
The magazine noted the healing properties of the Dead Sea.

Due to the location of the resort at an altitude of 400 meters below sea level, harmful ultraviolet rays are filtered through a layer of vapors. This means that vacationers can sunbathe and absorb vitamin D, while reducing the risk of skin damage.
