According to the expert, the buffet has its own rules, and one of them is to place the cheapest and most satisfying dishes on the first line of delivery:
“As a rule, this is a high-calorie food, with which a person quickly fills the stomach and is sated. Just pay attention next time you are near the buffet. And do not immediately grab what is closer.”
