Sex and the City star Chris Knott was charged with raping two women.
The accusations against the 67-year-old American actor are detailed in a new article by The Hollywood Reporter (THR).
According to the publication, the two women who accused Knott, who do not know each other, turned to THR separately and with a difference of several months in their accusations against the actor, who flatly denies the charges.
According to the two women, one attack occurred in 2004 and the second in 2015, three years after Nott married his wife, Tara Wilson, with whom he has two children.
The two women also claim that the attacks took place in two of Knott’s homes – the first in his Los Angeles apartment and the second in his property in New York – after the actor invited them to visit.
The first victim claims to have visited the actor’s West Hollywood home to return the book he lent her, and the second says she visited Knott’s Greenwich Village apartment after meeting him when he invited her to sample his “collection” of whiskey.
Both women argue that the recent publicity surrounding the Sex and the City reboot has “triggered” horrific memories of their encounters with Knot, which made headlines last week due to the shocking death of his character Tuzara in the first. episode of the new series.
